Prenatal yoga can increase your comfort level and boost your health during pregnancy and can help ease your delivery. Learn to control the breath and increase the strength, flexibility, and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth. Studies show prenatal yoga may improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, and decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches, and shortness of breath. Suitable for beginners and experienced yogis.
