Many (but not all) of our adult classes are heated to 85 degrees.
Why warm yoga?
Because warm muscles mean a safer power yoga practice. YPY’s 85-degree environment helps generate a healthy sweat, release tension, and build flexibility, strength, and focus.

Mondays, 9 a.m; Tuesdays, 5:30 p.m.; Wednesdays, 9 a.m.; Saturdays, 9 a.m.
If you’re an experienced yogi, come and be challenged. If you’re new to yoga, come with confidence because flexibility and strength are built, not required. Modifications and intensifications let you match your practice to your mood. Room heated to 85 degrees.
