Power Down - Restful Restorative - 1st & 3rd Sundays
August 5 & 19; 5:00 p.m.; no September Restorative classes due to Labor Day weekend (Sept 1-3) & Yoga Fest (Sept 15-16)
Let it go. All that stress, all that anxiety, all that tension. This quiet, soft, super-relaxing class uses props (bolsters, blankets, straps) to support you in purely passive postures that deeply relax the body, replenish energy, and restore clarity of thought. Room is normal temperature and is lit with non-scented candles. You might just call it Candlelight Bliss! Perfect for practitioners of all levels. We encouraged you to bring an eye pillow to increase relaxation. Class size limited; online booking strongly encouraged. Please arrive between 4:30-4:55 as the door will be locked promptly at 5:00 p.m.
Power Down - Soft Stretch (Yin) - 2nd & 4th Sundays
August 12 & 26, September 9 & 23; 5:00 p.m.
Increase flexibility and slow the mind in this quiet practice that works on deep connective body tissues - the fascia. Props and breath work will assist as we hold poses for 4 - 5 minutes each, allowing the body to safely release into its deepest stretch. Perfect for beginners, regular Power Yoga practitioners, and athletes. Room is normal temperature (not 85 degrees) and is lit with non-scented candles. You will leave feeling deeply relaxed and grounded. Please arrive a between 4:30 - 4:55 p.m. as door will be locked promptly at 5:00.
Candlelight Combo Yoga - 5th Sundays

Held every 5th Sunday, Candlelight Combo is a combination of Restful Restorative and Soft Stretch (Yin) postures designed to be relaxing for everyone. Gentle stretching and deeply relaxing poses equal a blissful evening. Advance registration advised. Please arrive a between 4:30 - 4:55 p.m. as door will be locked promptly at 5:00.
