Beginner Yoga - 1 hour
Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:15 p.m.; Tuesdays, 9:30 a.m.; Saturdays, 10:30 a.m.
Brand new to yoga? Been off your mat for a while? Want to build a strong foundation for your yoga practice? Beginner Yoga focuses on beneficial breathing techniques, basic yoga poses, and correct body alignment, creating a confident start (or kick-start) to your yoga journey. Room heated to 85 degrees.
Gentle, Non-Heated Yoga - 1 hour
Thursdays, 9:30 a.m.
A gentle, NON-heated class for adults of all ages and fitness levels. Great for beginners or those looking for a softer, slower pace. Focus is on gaining better balance and increasing flexibility and strength. No extra heat added.
Candlelight Restorative - 1 hour; online booking required
Sunday, February 1 and 15, 6:00 p.m.
Learn to truly relax. This quiet and meditative practice uses props (bolsters, blankets, straps) to support you in passive postures that deeply relax the body, replenish energy, and restore clarity of thought. Room is normal temperature (not 85 degrees) and is lit with non-scented candles. You might just call it Candlelight Bliss! Perfect for practitioners of all levels. Candlelight Yin Yoga - 1 hour; online booking required

Increase flexibility and slow the mind in this quiet practice that works on deep connective body tissues - the fascia. Props and breath work will assist as we hold poses for 4 - 5 minutes each, allowing the body to safely release into its deepest stretch. Perfect for beginners, regular Power Yoga practitioners, and athletes. Room is normal temperature (not 85 degrees) and is lit with non-scented candles. You will leave feeling deeply relaxed and grounded. Class size is limited; online booking strongly encouraged. Please arrive early - door will be locked promptly at 6:00 p.m.
First Friday Evening Donation Yoga Yoga - 1 hour; 5:45 p.m.
First Friday Evening of each month is Donation Yoga benefiting The Maisha Project in Kisumu, Kenya. No fee for Donation Yoga classes; just come practice and donate what you wish! Room heated to 85-degrees.
Yoga for Kids 6-week series (non-heated)
Tuesdays, February 3 - March 10, 4:15 - 5:00 p.m.
These fun-filled classes for ages 5 - 11 build self-awareness and self-confidence while counterbalancing the stress that children, like adults, often feel. A non-heated class. Minimum / maximum enrollment requirements.
