Class Descriptions

We offer in-studio AND virtual classes. To enroll in either in-studio or virtual classes, see the schedule via the “View Our Schedule” button above. For virtual classes: One link for entire the week’s virtual classes is sent via email to everyone who opted into our newsletters on Mondays at 5am. Please check your spam folder if not found. We thank you for your support and your practice!

Many (but not all) of our adult classes are heated to 85 degrees (but we adjust lower on hot days). Please arrive a few moments early as the door will be locked at the start of class!

Why warm yoga?
Because warm muscles mean a safer power yoga practice. YPY’s 85-degree environment helps generate a healthy sweat, release tension, and build flexibility, strength, and focus.
