Class Descriptions

Many (but not all) of our adult classes are heated to 85 degrees (but we adjust lower on hot days).

Why warm yoga?
Because warm muscles mean a safer power yoga practice. YPY’s 85-degree environment helps generate a healthy sweat, release tension, and build flexibility, strength, and focus.

Slow Flow

Slow Flow fosters a calm nervous system and a settled mind by moving gently through seated and standing postures. You’ll leave feeling peaceful and rejuvenated. Room is gently heated to 78 degrees; class is suitable for everyone.
